The location of the hotel is superb, being very close to the tram station and in the heart of the city. This makes it convenient for exploring the major sights of the old town. the rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions and answering any questions.
The room could have been cleaned more often, as some guests had to ask for toilet paper themselves and the garbage wasn't taken out regularly.
